"Fourier Domain Mode Locking Theory"
Christian Jirauschek, Christoph Eigenwillig, Benjamin Biedermann and Robert Huber
Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics/Quantum-Electronics and Laser Science Conference and Photonic Applications Systems Technologies. CTuFF2 (2008)

Abstract:
We present a theoretical model for the recently developed Fourier domain mode locked (FDML) lasers. The good agreement with experiment provides valuable insights into the mechanism of FDML operation.
